Re: Where & when is meeting happening?

Where was this change ever announced? How is that the agenda document doesn’t have this URL at all?

I’ve been trying to join the meeting for the last 20 minutes.

I don’t understand at all how this cloud possibly be an acceptable working mode of the working group.
