Dear Advisory Committee representative (bcc’ed),

This update establishes the reference drafts of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunities for:

- High Resolution Time Level 3
 exclusion opportunity ending on 30 March 2017 23:59 UTC

- User Timing Level 2
 exclusion opportunity ending on 31 March 2017 23:59 UTC

- Resource Timing Level 2
 exclusion opportunity ending on  2 April 2017 23:59 UTC

These specifications were produced by the Web Performance Working Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunities, no further action is required. Member participants who think
their organization may have patent claims to exclude should contact their
Advisory Committee Representative.

Participants have until 30 March 2017 23:59 UTC, 31 March 2017 23:59 UTC and 2 April 2017 23:59 UTC (respectively) to exclude claims reading
on the Recommendation track documents; excluded claims are not subject to
the licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this document. For
