[10/12/16] webperf group call @ 10AM PST

Based on discussion at TPAC, we'll attempt using Hangouts for this week's
(video!) call:

Please use the above URL to join, it should be open to everyone by default.
Note that you will require a valid Hangouts login. If the login is a
problem, or if you can't open hangout for some reason, etc., please let us
know.

We'll also be on IRC and keep our existing webex line [1] for backup: if
you're having trouble tomorrow, jump on IRC and let us know.
