"needed for above the fold visuals" indicator in RT API

Ideally attributes like lazyload can be set automatically — not requiring developer involvement. One way this can be done is via feedback from the Resource Timing API indicating whether or not a resource was needed for above the fold visuals.

Is there some information we can add to the resource timing API that will allow us to build systems that will learn this?
