Michael, Tobin, I modified the tests in page visibility to change when iframe has display:none. TEsts can be found at https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/1359 (also accessible from http://w3c-test.org/submissions/1359/) It also includes a test for rAF. I suggest that we hold on publishing the PV2 spec until we get confirmation the change is going to happen in IE and Blink at least since this is a compat issue. Philippe
