does not mention what the value of initiatorType should be for loads
initiated by EventSource. It seems that Blink returns an empty string
in this case. I don't know what other browsers do.

Perhaps a value of 'eventsource' should be used?

(This also makes me wonder about WebSocket, Worker, etc.)
