You can provide multiple hints of each type:
<link rel="prerender" href="//example.com/a.html">
<link rel="prerender" href="//example.com/b.html">

Or, equivalent via Link header:
Link: <https://example.com/article/a.html>; rel=prerender
Link: <https://example.com/article/b.html>; rel=prerender
