Ilya’s started a draft on how HTTP/2 priorities can be expressed via HTML elements: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jSpWc6jkrUoYtGWcxev9Blkkv9RhoO1XtqinBvXqhgY/edit.

It would also be great to have this information in Resource Timing API feedback.

Sorry if this need has been expressed elsewhere and I just haven’t seen it.
