Blink does not currently have a dead-simple way of doing this, no, but I'd
like to add one. In the meantime, our import scripts take care of adding
prefixes where necessary.
And, we're moving away from vendor prefixes as stated here:
http://www.chromium.org/blink#vendor-prefixes .
