Re: TPAC 2013 Proposed Agenda

Are there any plans to discuss the HAR Format?

With things like Navigation / Resource / User Timing we've got better
definitions of the timing metrics we want but HAR hasn't kept up as a
storage / interchange format.

It's in the current charter but doesn't seem to get much love - if anyone's
interested in updating it I'd be happy to help.
