Add potential topic in next Workshop

Hi, I'm new here.

My name is Kensaku Komatsu working at NTT communications.

We're now investigating Web protocol's performance dependencies in several
NW circumstances. So, we're going to show our result in next Shenzen
Workshop (PLH, Thank you for accepting our proposal!!).

We'd be happy if our result contributes WG activity.

Topic is shown below (I've already append in Wiki, as well).

   - A benchmark for SPDY and HTTP in several environment, Kensaku Komatsu,
   Sho Yamamura (NTT Communications)
      - We'll show a benchmark result for SPDY and HTTP. In our research,
      performance for SPDY and HTTP are reversed when NW circumstances (latency
      and loss late) and file size changes.
