speak at Velocity Europe

I'd like to offer a 5-minute plenary slot to the WPWG at the upcoming Velocity
Europe <http://velocityconf.com/velocityeu2012> Oct 2-4 in London. Many of
the attendees aren't aware that the WG exists. The chosen representative
could do a quick overview of the charter, as well as past and future
milestones.
