James and I spoke about this during the Working Group call. I think we agree that we should still be allowed to add specialized APIs where appropriate. However, we agree that getMarks and getMeasures are close enough to getEntriesByType("mark") and getEntriesByType("measure") that it doesn't merit a separate definition.

I will close out this Last Call feedback by removing those methods.
