RE: Failing NavigationTiming tests for IE9

Hi Satish,

IE9 did have a bug causing this test to fail.  We have since fixed it internally for Windows 8 and IE10 and in the meantime it will be shipping in the next IE10 Platform Preview build (PPB2).

There are some failing navigation timing tests in IE9. For example,

Are these going to be fixed in IE10?
