ISSUE-5 (target-rate): Expected callback rates should be documented [Request Animation Frame] http://www.w3.org/2010/webperf/track/issues/5 Raised by: Cameron McCormack On product: Request Animation Frame The spec should state that the expected callback rate when not throttling should match the display refresh rate, and that when we are throttling whether that means callbacks are deferred indefinitely or whether some other mode (fixed slow rate, exponential backoff) should be used.
