RE: [NavigationTiming] Failing test with IE9

Thanks Zhiheng.  IE9 was throwing a security error because we were holding onto a reference to the old iframe's performance object.

I committed a fix for this issue to the repository, but it doesn't appear to be live on the w3c-test.org site yet.

I don't recall that it's brought up before.
