I'm not sure if the description of the specification in the charter constrains the name you can give to the spec. This is something Philippe or the chairs may be able to share more insight on.

Do you have a suggestion for the new spec title? You had mention "Timing control for script-based animations" as the title on the initial draft. We can discuss this a bit more on the call today at 2PM PST.

I see the new charter is out still with this name.  Can someone confirm for me that the use of this name in the charter doesn’t constrain us when we come to naming the actual specification?
