[NavigationTiming] Updates

    Based on the last conversation, the NavigationTiming has just been
updated with the following changes:

   * DOM-related timing, i.e., domLoading, domInteractive, domContentLoad
and domComplete, are added.
   * navigationStart now happens immediate after the user agent prompts for
unloading the document.
