Welcome to the Web Performance Interest Group

I'm excited to work with Jason Weber to head up this group. Jason and 
Arvind Jain started the Web Performance Working Group 
<http://www.w3.org/2010/webperf/> several months ago to focus on the Web 
Timing specifications. That work is going great.

This Interest Group will extend the conversation of web performance to 
other areas. Jason and I will send our more information soon about first 
steps. Thanks for participating!
