Next Monthly Call and Potential Charter Changes

Dear WoT CG Participants,

As a follow up to the discussions with the WoT Working Group, we need to decide on a couple aspects about the collaboration. This collaboration is explained under the liaison document, that is being generated at https://github.com/w3c/wot-cg/pull/227 . Agreeing on this liaison implies changes to our charter [1] as that means that WoT Binding specifications can be developed by the CG participants. That is currently not possible by our charter as specification development is not allowed in the current charter.
