Proposed publication of Web Thing Protocol Use Cases & Requirements report

Dear members of the WoT CG,

I thought you might be interested to know about a proposed resolution to
publish a Use Cases & Requirements report
<https://w3c.github.io/web-thing-protocol/requirements/> in the Web Thing
Protocol Community Group <https://www.w3.org/community/web-thing-protocol/>.

Comments are welcomed on GitHub
<https://github.com/w3c/web-thing-protocol/issues/20> and the group mailing
list
<https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-web-thing-protocol/2023Oct/0001.html>
.

The Web Thing Protocol Community Group is related to the work of this
community group but has a very specific mission to "define a common
protocol for communicating with connected devices over the web, to
enable ad-hoc
interoperability on the Web of Things". This includes (but is not limited to)
prescriptive HTTP and WebSocket sub-protocols designed specifically around
the Web of Things information model.

I welcome members of this group to comment and/or join the community group
if you have an interest.

Many thanks

Ben
