From when the command is issued to when it takes place is probably 0.3 - 0.5 seconds, called the "interstitial state". We indicate this by making the background yellow. Note there's no "action" concept in IOTDB. I set "on" to true and the software is observing JSON dictionaries as they evolve. Thus, _the server doing the action does not need to know that someone is interested in what's happening_. This delay will be more noticeable in Video 3, bear with me, D.
