We made the adjustments, and the email list and link to the charter are
now in place.
At this point you are all invited to join the new Community Group by
following the link:
http://www.w3.org/community/wot/join
After a suitable period of time to allow people to join, we can then ask
for volunteers to chair the new group, and whether we want to organize a
teleconference.
