(Q) link to Notifications Overview correct?

Colleagues,

On the Web Notifications page,

http://www.w3.org/2010/web-notifications/

there is a link to an "Overview" of Web Notifications

http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/Overview.html

This URL doesn't work for me.  The original URL is returned (Apache 
Rewrites?) as

http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/notifications/raw-file/tip/Overview.htmlpublish/Overview.html

and the error message sent is

error: Overview.htmlpublish/Overview.html@b7484c2b2d43: not found in 
manifest

Am I doing incorrectly?  Or?
