Multiple click event handlers

Is there any chance that there could be multiple click callbacks\event
handlers on a web notification.  One example could be an incoming call
notification where one button can answer the call and another one
could send it to voice mail.  I know I could use the onclose to send
to voicemail but maybe I want that to do something else.

Has there been discussion on this?
