My mostly nit comments:

Section 4:

Remove "a"

Section 7.2:
Instance 2 code could read instead "2 new mails from John Doe" and the explanation shows that the Instance 2 title is shown.


Finally, I wanted to note that the current permission implemented in WebKit is similar to what was in the old Feature Permissions spec, which was Notification.permissionLevel(), instead of what is written in this draft, the static property Notification.permission. But, I think this makes better sense. I assume this might be modeled after a similar aspect in another spec?
