Section 4.5, show step #2 has an extra space between "origin" and ","

Section 4.9, The first step is missing a item number?

Section 5 ("The static requestPermission(callback) method must run these steps:…")

There is a missing step between 3 and 4, which takes into account the case where permission has already been set:

"Otherwise, queue a task to invoke callback with permission."

Section 6.1, The close event (not plural)
