Hey John, I was just reminded of the fact that if we want to publish our drafts before TPAC we have to do so before October 27. I think it would also be good to give the WG a few days to see whether anyone has any objections to publishing (though it would be good if anyone shared their thoughts on the drafts right away, rather than waiting for that moment to come, of course). So they should probably be ready somewhere before October 20 if we want to make that happen. Alternatively we could publish http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebNotifications/publish/ and add a note saying that we will split it up later.
