Related to the disagreement on smart poster handling vs URI records, it goes quite deep. I need more specific input on what is the consequence on the "check created records" and "check parsed records" and also the create steps (bs absolute URL in "smart-poster" context). Since on creation we check there should be only one URI record, it seems logical to include the "why" in the smart poster informative section. (Whether it's a Note or text doesn't really matter, as the Smart Poster RTD is normative). It makes no sense to check on unique type, size and action records, and ignore multiple URI records (including absolute URL records) which is as well a normative coming from SP RTD.
