Hi there, 1. I don’t understand the first question? 2. Web NFC (https://www.w3.org/community/web-nfc/) is the spec that is actively being developed. The implementation is in Chrome on Android today behind a flag and will soon ship as part of Chrome Origin Trial. 3. I don’t understand this question. What do you mean with decimation? Cheers Kenneth From: Noam El-Yashiv [mailto:noam@solbox.co.il] Sent: Tuesday, May 9, 2017 6:07 PM To: public-web-nfc@w3.org Subject: Web NFC Question Hi, My name is Noam Elyashiv. I have a customer that would like to put data on a card with NFC chip through web interface. I am a bit confused regarding the status of the Web NFC and have a couple of questions: 1. Does it secured? 2. I see that the state of the document is draft and there are no major development regarding it. What is the status of the interface? https://www.w3.org/TR/nfc/ here I get this message "Beware. This specification is no longer in active maintenance and the Near Field Communications Working Group does not intend to maintain it further.". https://www.w3.org/community/web-nfc/ Here I see that latest updates are on 2015 3. I will appreciate if u can point me to the correct decimation.
