RE: [web-nfc] Support ISODep

Contactless cards are used everywhere for a lot of purpose (banking, identification, storing data (secure or not), certificates,....) Giving web-nfc the possibilities to send ISO commands to the iso compliant cards will really unleash the possibilities.

I don't think that it is incompatible. There are clearly a lot of possibilities with contactless card, but there is too a lot of use cases using a mobile phone.
Having an ISODep support would allow to interact through web apps with all kind of features provided by 14443 (static and dynamic) Tags compliants (including proprietary extensions, like mutual authentication, verification of signature, tamper detect, counter features, etc...) unleashing possible use cases without to install native applications (making easier the adoption of Tags)
BTW, we should not limit to ISODep but extend to NFCV. I think it's a must. It was the sense of my post beg of May.
