Hello, In principle, Web NFC supports exposing NFC data in all cases when the underlying platform can encapsulate it as NDEF messages. However, the W3C Web NFC Group [1] charter [2] does not include this particular, or similar use cases in scope. Also, since this is a critical security use case, I doubt it is possible to establish proper (as defined by governments) testing in the frame of a W3C Community Group. So the answer is, - if you can do an implementation that encapsulates the NFC protocol and provides NDEF messages, then yes, the feature can be supported - you are on your own on how to implement this encapsulation - end to end testing, including security conformance is out of scope - - if you need changes to the API in order to support this use case, we can discuss that: please make a proposal in a github issue (just file an issue).
