Yeah, that was my idea. I'm not sure I'd expose `Blob` if you can do `ArrayBuffer`. Doesn't make much sense to offer the asynchronous variant if you offer the bytes synchronously already. If it's about the `type` that a `Blob` can expose you really ought to expose that somehow.
