[W3C Webmob] Identity

Hi all!

On the call today one of the items we will be talking about is the identity task force. I have made edits to the repository so we now have a document setup as Marcos and Ernesto suggested a long time ago! Apologies for the time it took to get this together.

We will go through this on the call today, and check that the headings and sub-topics are the right things for us to get started on. Then, as suggested, we need someone to look after this task force. If anyone would like to volunteer please let me know.

Virginie, Frode, Shane, Ernesto, Brent, Bryan - can any of you volunteer / nominate someone from your company to run this task force? I am asking you guys in particular as you were the ones to bring this topic to our attention! Please let me know if you can.
