Stats on Play Store from research

Hi,

A recently published paper gives some interesting stats on Google Play
Store Android apps:

Among other things, it finds ~6% of non-popular apps build with Phonegap
(vs ~1% in popular apps), and generally 9.2% vs 2.6% built with
cross-platform frameworks.

It also has plenty of interesting data on popular ad, social, graphics
libraries, some reflections on secured third-party integration,
application categorization, etc.
