Hi everybody, Here's my quick intro- My name is Tomomi Imura [1] and I'm a developer evangelist at Nokia, advocating open web platform. Besides being an "evangelist", I have been working as a front-end web developer in mobile industry for quite a bit. Although I am relatively new to W3C, I have had great opportunities to involve some W3C-lead public events, including speaking at W3C Conf in San Francisco, and developer meetup in Tokyo earlier this year. Also, I have written a Coremob Camera HTML5 app [2], as a side project for Core Mobile CG, and demo'd it at MWC. The goals for the Coremob Camera project was to showcase the capabilities of the Web Platform, to educate web developers, and to help improve browsers. In the reality, the app is still not fully working properly on all mobile browsers due to lack of supports of features (e.g. IndexedDB), therefore I would like to keep contributing to make the web as a compelling platform, and I really want the web to be the first-class citizen!
