You are right. Rendering is a key issue and the truth is it hasn't really
been called out in our research. Nevertheless, we mostly refer to games
(WebGL) here and heavy computational processes.

Games account for 42% of total iPhone downloads and 41% of total Android
downloads, hence games are very important to a mobile ecosystem.

As for Mozilla, I think it's somewhat early to judge FF OS on performance.
But Firefox (desktop) on the other hand has already shown it's teeth with
asm.js.
