The hard-working folks at W3C have set up the necessary infrastructure
and created an official Web Intents TF Group which one can become a
member of.  If you'd like to officially join the group, please send a
request to Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org> or Michael Smith <mike@w3.org>.
