wiki now available

Mike Smith has set us up a wiki:

   http://www.w3.org/wiki/WebIntents

Anybody can add and change content there, without necessarily needing to
be a member of the DBWG TF group, nor of DAP or WebApps.

It would be great to start collecting the use cases, principles, 
examples etc.
