Am I correct in my initial understanding that Web Intents are more or less  
an HTML element for advertising handlers for Content-Dispositions of  
certain Content-Types? E.g. advertising that POSTing a text/uri-list to  
http://webmark.example/public constitutes publishing?

Basically, providing semantics for methods of particular URIs.
