Web Bluetooth PoC Wacom Bamboo Slate

Dear community,

While I was reading about Use Cases at the
https://webbluetoothcg.github.io/web-bluetooth/use-cases.html

as well as doing some experiments with Wacom Bamboo Slate I have made a
small demo, proof of concept for these distanging times that can let you
utilize the Web Bluetooth for Wacom paper pads.
