Hi Community ! I’ve played a bit with the different examples provided on “Interact with Bluetooth devices on the Web <https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2015/07/interact-with-ble-devices -on-the-web> ” and got both successes and failures: * Using Chrome (latest version) on * Lenovo Yoga 2 13 (chipset Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter + driver 1.3.865.3) on Win10 * Smartphone = OnePlus 5T (Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835), with integrated WCN3990 / Bluetooth 5 chip * Devices * Fitness tracker = ID115 Plus (chinese) * Smartphone (OnePlus 5T) with device emulator * Whatever the test, the laptop doesn’t detect any device. * Most of the tests are successful on the smartphone, using Chrome for Android. Hence the question: what are the hardware requirements for using the webbluetooth API? Should I use any new BT dongle with the laptop?
