The `adData` field on BluetoothDevices was problematic for a couple
reasons (see https://crbug.com/568137), so I've revamped it in
https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth/pull/235 as an event
you opt into. I *think* this will extrapolate nicely into scanning for
unpaired devices too, but I haven't yet fleshed that out.
