How do you want me to propose changes to the spec?

I've been filing changes to the Web Bluetooth spec as PRs on the
github repository:
https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth/pulls. Jocelyn and
Bruce pointed out that folks may have configured github to avoid
mailing them unless they're explicitly mentioned, which might explain
why I haven't been getting many comments from folks outside of the
Chromium implementation team.

Do folks here want me to also mail especially-interesting changes to
this list? I've recently changed aspects around disconnection and
revocation, and renamed connectGATT, gattServer, and several
interfaces.

Y'all should also feel free to comment on PRs that I've already
submitted, and I'll fix them or file issues for discussion.

Thanks,
Jeffrey
