I vote yes. One comment on the charter to be noted. Under deliverables we note: Web Bluetooth API to discover and communicate with devices over the Bluetooth 4 wireless standard using the Generic Attribute Profile (GATT). See the Web Bluetooth API that serves as the initial input. This *may* need revision in future to extend to specification that may not be purely GATT based.
