I'll be gone for a month

Hi all,

I'll be getting married, going on a honeymoon, and then going to a C++
committee meeting over the next month, so I'll be unavailable Oct 8-Nov 9.

Please don't let my absence stop you all from making progress on the spec.
There are a bunch of issues marked "needs wording
<https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth/labels/needs%20wording>" that
could use pull requests, and for anything else you think of, if Marcos,
Vince, or Arman thinks it's ready to go into the spec, go ahead and put it
in. I'll read the commits when I get back and make comments.
