[web-bluetooth] Services not found (Primary detected as Secondary?) (#610)

larsgk has just created a new issue for https://github.com/WebBluetoothCG/web-bluetooth:

It seems that some Primary services are mistakenly listed as Secondary (the indication I get from the bluetooth inspector - including snapshot).

OS: Ubuntu Linux 22.04.2 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish)
Chrome: 114.0.5735.198
BlueZ: 5.64

Sample exposing problem: https://larsgk.github.io/genericsensor-thingy52/
Error thrown: 
`Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: No Services matching UUID ef680400-9b35-4933-9b10-52ffa9740042 found in Device.`

The linked sample has worked find on the same laptop previously.  I am not sure what BlueZ and Chrome combination I saw working last.  The sample also works fine on my Android 13, Chrome 115.0.5790.138
