Only data matching the [`optionalManufacturerData`](https://webbluetoothcg.github.io/web-bluetooth/#dom-requestdeviceoptions-optionalmanufacturerdata) parameter to `requestDevice` is included in the advertisement event. This could be an implementation bug, as this feature isn't stable yet.
