Unfortunately in macOS High Sierra, the `kCBMsgArgIsNotification` XPC parameter is no longer sent now as noted by @jacobrosenthal in https://github.com/sandeepmistry/noble/pull/727. Use of it will be deprecated in the next version of noble.
