I think it shouldn't be the responsibility of web bluetooth to define this black list, it should be part of Bluetooth spec if it is deemed necessary. There are service uuid's defined as part of the Bluetooth spec and there is a conversation to even create a service for firmware update, do we then go in and add that to the black list?
